Volunteers Needed !!

Altair will be joining in the Eugene Bright Parade (Saturday September 26, 7-8:30) lineup to represent our great club and let our community know all the fun things we do!

We need  all our members who want to be in the parade to contact Gwynne McLaughlin. Our idea is to have our banner (we need a few to carry, very light weight!) and people with signs/equipment related to your specific interest group lit up (led, battery powered, etc). You can and are encouraged to brighten up whatever you wear as well, but its not required! Any human or electric propelled, vehicles qualify just not petroleum powered. 

The route is a mile long. The entry fee is covered by Altair and we have a budget to work with for decorating and lighting materials.

We need  to get an idea of how many will participate, as soon as possible, so we can complete our parade application.
