Participants plan their transportation to and from Bend and to any activities they attend. It is also their responsibility to coordinate their roommates for double occupancy rooms.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
In the case of cancellation of events paid for and canceled before the cancellation date, or for events paid and canceled by Altair, compensation for funds paid will be issued by Altair.
